I am really sorry for replying really late. By staff we meant mixer, graphics Designer, etc because we don't need translator and other because have nothing to translate but if ou want to be a translator your job will be translating( make romaji lyrics) lyrics which you will if we can't find the lyrics. You can apply for Lyrics Maker what they do is colour code or just put the members name of member who sings the part. here is an example:
